Questions for September to Answer

There are a few burning questions that the month of September will sort out. Dayn Perry of FoxSports.com has them all- all ten of them- in a nice little slide show format. Let’s take a few moments to discuss the questions that Perry poses. First up? Are there going to be any good races this season?  The top two questions from Perry’s list talk about the lack of races for pennants this season, and the fact that the NL Wild Card race is really the only thing that looks interesting at this point. Most of the division titles are pretty much in the bag. Could there be a heroic, come-from-behind team?

There are a couple of Phillies questions. Will Cole Hamels get his mojo back? Will Brad Lidge get his mojo back?  The Phillies look like they’re bound for the playoffs, but they really relied on their pitching to win the Series last season. Can they go anywhere without these two hurlers in top form?
